The Summer Bucket List Tag

It’s officially drawing so close to the end of summer, and while I don’t have official summer bucket list, I was definitely hoping to get a few things packed in before the end! This summer has actually been a pretty good reading month, and I’m intrigued to see what the fall will bring.

Thanks so much to Norees @ No Reads Too Great for tagging us for this one! Norees always has a fantastic blog filled with great reviews, fun tags like this, and more! We love chatting with her and reading all of posts. Thanks so much to Norees!!

MANDY: Song of the Abyss! This book is all about the sea – and the creatures in it.

MANDY: Red, White, and Royal Blue! Ugh, the romance was alllllllllll the feels. So much passion and just ADORABLE cuteness fluffffffffffffffffffff.

It was an actual roadtrip novel, and it was so GOOD. We definitely go on a few journeys in this one.

MANDY: The Loneliest Girl in the Universe! This book is all about the stars – both figuratively and literally. It’s set in space – and the plot twist definitely had me seeing stars.

MANDY: The Loneliest Girl in the Universe again! I read it via audiobook, and I couldn’t stop listening to it. I would find ways to slip in more listening time, because I needed to know what was going to happen!!

MANDY: Nathan and Benji in I Wish You All The Best had such as sweet romance. It was it was wonderful slow burn, and Nathan was so caring and respectful to what Ben was going through.

MANDY: Don’t Date Rosa Santos! It was like a breath of salty warm air, but it was a brilliant one. The vibrancy of this novel was so beautiful, and this is a perfect summer read.

MANDY: Spin the Dawn! Maia definitely jumps through so many hoops and obstacles – the fashion kind, the emotional kind, and more!

MANDY: With the Fire on High wins for the ultimate foodie book. The food descriptions are so unreal.

  2. I completely forgot about The Loneliest Girl in the Universe, but now I really want to read it soon! And I Wish You All the Best!

I don’t have anything on my summer bucket list, because… today is my last day of summer! 😅 I go back to school next week, and I don’t want to do it, Mandy. But I know I’ll get through it, so it’s fine anyways! I hope you have a great ending to your summer! 😊

    1. Omg yes! It’s definitely a book that doesn’t seem to get much hype. But it was such an easy binge to completely get lost in. And Oh gosh, I Wish You was amazing!

And oh nooooooooooo. I’m so sorry!! That seems so easy. D: D: You will definitely get through it, but it is a sad ending. 😦 But somehow, another break should be here before you know it!! Hopefully you have a last few days left, and a great beginning to your school year!! 🙂

  3. Thanks so much for the tag, Mandy! I feel like I didn’t cross a single thing off my summer bucket list other than my vacation XD I’ll hopefully get to this tag before the summer ends! (There are so many good books on here!!)

  4. We just did this tag yesterday, and I find it very funny how many of our answers overlapped! We were on hiatus when I saw that you tagged us, so I’m only reading your answers in full now! I love how Red, White, & Royal Blue is the obvious answer because of how intense that romance is! I’m also really excited to read I Wanna Be Where you are! I just got it out from the library and I’m excited for all the road trip shenanigans! Thanks for the tag!

    1. Ahhh, I have to go check it out! I knew we might share a few, but that is funny how many are overlapping. And I’m so so excited to see what you think of I Wanna Be Where You Are! It’s the perfect, easy reading and the road trip shenanigans are so brilliant!! 🙂

  5. I love this tag and your answers to it. I really need to get on with Red, White and Royal Blue as I literally always hear how amazing it is. Plus Spin The Dawn is definitely one of the books I most want to read right now – it sounds amazing.
