You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth!
Because the embarrassing truth is that this is our first year submitting nominations for the Book Blogger Awards. I don’t know what shenanigans Mandy was up to for the Awards’ first two years, but I know last year I only learned about their existence after the nomination round closed. (I hopped on for voting though!!)
This means we will be going extra hard for the fourth edition and sharing the blog love with as many of our fellow bloggers as we can spot. If we don’t nominate you, though, we do want to say to please please not take it to heart. We appreciate ALL of your hard work!!
A huge thanks to May @ Forever and Everly and Marie @ Drizzle and Hurricane Books for hosting this year. We will not be nominating people for every category, so be sure to check May’s or Marie’s post to see the full list of categories. If a blogger has close to or less than 500 followers, spot a ✨ by their name.
Sorry if any names are spelled wrong / links are incorrect. Anyone else who has done a nomination post knows how easy it is to mix stuff up, and this block editor is not making things any easier. It was not intentional!

If you made it through this nomination list and didn’t follow at least one new blog, I’m going to assume it’s because you’re already following everyone here.
In which case, you must then comment on at least one of the posts I linked up. Not this post! If I see you posting below, I will 100% ask which of their posts you also commented on. Because I know you read this far and saw my demands. and also, have you checked up on / contributed to the BLM progress recently?

Great blogs on here!

Okay … can I just say how great you two did with this?! You both picked so many bloggers I truly love and that deserve the HYPE AND LOVE! So wonderful job! However … I FEEL SO UNWORTHY! Especially since I haven’t been as active the last 2.5 months … so thank you so much! You both (and others) make me so happy to be apart of the book community! I’m happy I’m finally starting to get back into things! So thank you so much! You two are ABSOLUTELY amazing … so keep up your amazing and positive atmosphere! And your amazing blog (I’m still SLIGHTLY mad I didn’t think of rating books by Disney Princesses first … just sayin’)! ! ❤ ❤ ❤

why thank you Jenna!! We worked long and hard to try and get this list to where we wanted it– but we still keep seeing bloggers that we’re like, “Ugh, we should have added them!!” There are just too many amazing people in this community. But omigosh DO NOT SAY YOU ARE UNWORTHY O: (especially since a lot of people have been slowing down the past few months). We all have something to contribute to this space 🙂 and you were nominated for a reason! Haha, Mandy got in with the Disney princesses too quick 😉
