Top 5 Tuesday: ✨Fantasy

Top Five Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by the lovely Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm where bookworms get to chat about their top five books based on different topics.

It’s Mandy here! I’m taking over the Top 5 Tuesday for this week for Sha. We’re talking Top 5 Fantasies today. I usually go back and forth on how I like my fantasies. Sometimes high fantasies get really complex and they go WAY over Mandy’s head. Light fantasies where there is some sense of the regular world is usually how I dive into mine. I fangirl over these book routinely so I’ll limit the fangirling to a minimum today and just let us gaze upon their wonderful covers. Here are a few that I love – high and low!

    1. Yessssssssssss. Some are just so interesting, but your brain fully has to be on. You have to read every little facet and everything for it. But I’ve head Name of the Wind is just so brilliant. I haven’t heard of the other, so I will have to check it out! 🙂

    1. Yessssssss I totally agreeeeeeeee, Jamie. They were both so brilliant. And oooooh yes! I was a bit skeptical of These Vicious Masks at first, but it actually was funny, wholly intriguing, super easy to read, and had a love triangle that worked??? It really worked. AND YESSSSSSSssss. I will forever screech about it, lol. Thank you, Jamie!!

      1. I have NOT read any other books by Bardugo, though my daughter thought I should have read the Grisha series before SoC

  2. Choosing my top 5 fantasy would be nearly impossible for me. But I mean Narnia and SoC are definitely up there. Add in An Ember in the Ashes but from there I really don’t know where to go, there are so many good choices!
