📌 What is BPR Give-a-May?

it’s a cool name to say that during the month of may, Mandy and I are working together to do weekly giveaways for all the readers and bloggers we love so much

📌 How can I participate?

on the monday of each week in may (and one in april) there will be a giveaway tweet on our twitter (@_bookprincess). follow the rules outlined in the tweet and you’re entered! the giveaway closes on the friday of that week.

📌 Why are most of the giveaways Canada only / why is the US excluded?

I (Sha) was inspired to do these giveaways after seeing the many, many US-only giveaways going on at the moment. everyone deserves a surprise in the mail to lift their spirits during these particularly hard times, and I want to focus on areas that get less attention. because I live in Canada and will be personally shipping some of the books, Canada is especially featured.

even if you are US-based, i thank you for sharing the info of the giveaways with Canadian and international bloggers/readers who may be interested 💕

📌 Why are some of the books in the prize packs “gently loved”?

some of the books i’m offering as prizes are from my personal bookshelves. they’re ones I never read, or won’t read again. i’ll be showing the condition of the books in instagram videos during the giveaway weeks (so you can see what you would be getting, in the spirit of full disclosure). if you’re not into second-hand books, there are new book giveaways too.

this giveaway is international as long as Book Depository ships to you, excluding the US. please read BD’s current shipping info HERE.

this giveaway is international excluding the US. an e-gift certificate will be sent to your email address for you to use at your leisure.
