Goodreads Book Tag

rapunzelHey, it’s me – again! I know. It’s like you just saw my blog again or something.

But I was tagged – being new to the blogging world, I got super confused and just kind of stared at the screen for a while until I figured out what it meant. Seriously, I promise, I got this.

Anyway, I was tagged by TwinTalesBooksReviews for the Goodreads Tag, so let’s get down to business (to defeat…the Huns! Now I have this song in my head). Also, check out their blog because they have some fantastic thoughts on YA lit! 🙂

What was the last book you marked as ‘read’?

Fall for Anything by Courtney Summers – I accidentally found it on a book closeout site and remembered that I read it a really long time ago. I have no clue what it was about – but I remember reading it. Lame, I know.

What are you currently reading?

Nothing at the moment, sadly. 😦 I just finished one book, and am in the search of my next read. Any suggestions, lol?

What was the last book you marked as TBR?

Consolation Prize by Linda Kage – I accidentally found it on another blog who I don’t remember, and I mean, the cover was enticing and the plot sounds like some good romance so I went with it.

What book do you plan to read next?

I think I’m going to start Stitching Snow by R.C. Lewis. It’s been a while since I read a sci-fi book, and nothing else sound super good, so I think I’m going for it.

Do you use the star rating system?

I use crowns/princesses – does that count? I think it does, so yes. I find it helpful although sometimes I have a real struggle on what to rate things.

Are you doing a 2016 Reading Challenge?

book-challenge This should answer that.

Do you have a wishlist?

I do for Christmas – not usually or ever, but I was at a loss for what else to give my family, so why not books?

What book do you plan to buy next?

Next up would be my January 2017 reads: Roseblood by A.G. Howard and Caraval by Stephanie Garber. Those are my must-reads coming up. I’m sure I will have bought more before this, though.

Who are your favorite authors?

Marissa Meyer, Leigh Bardugo, Megan Miranda, Janette Rallison, and Leah Rae Miller surely top this list!

Have you joined any groups?

I have not actually. I always plan to and then get distracted. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the tag, TwinTalesBooksReviews! Again, I don’t really know how to tag people, so if you’re reading this, I tag you? Is this like the game of tag? You’re it now? I don’t know. I’m just going to walk away now.
